Complaints policy

We take complaints very seriously. We encourage complaints to be dealt with at the time they arise between those that are involved or the line manager of the staff member. If you are not happy with the outcome of these discussions please contact Mr Paul Cox (Business Manager) or Mrs Beverley Algar (Practice Manager) by telephone or in writing. Every effort will be made to answer your concerns as soon as possible.
